Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.

As our fragrances are released in limited quantities and may be hand-packaged, processing times may be slightly longer during launches, restocks, or busy periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We ship across the United Kingdom using tracked delivery services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local courier services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Due to shipping regulations surrounding alcohol-based fragrances, we may not be able to ship to certain locations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for redelivery.
